7th Grade Band
In 7th Grade Intermediate, you'll delve deeper into the technique of your instrument and have lots of new playing opportunities! We'll focus on refining fundamental techniques, enhancing musical expression, and developing ensemble performance skills. As students become more proficient on their instruments, additional performance opportunities are introduced like solo and ensemble festivals, honor bands, all-state bands, and the ability to join other LMS music ensembles like Jazz Band and Pep Band!
We attend Concert Performance Assessment each year with our 7th and 8th grade bands. We perform music for a panel of judges that provides feedback on our performance as a band.
